The Head-Chef & manager Jason Andrews takes pride in sourcing some of the finest quality produce available, utilising both seasonal produce & fresh local ingredients. This allows for an extensive range of freshly produced, seasonal meals on the table d′hôte & lite bite menus.

The high quality eatery comprises a stunning restaurant, cocktail bar, lounge area, function suite & our Brierie bar, which serves bar snacks & meals.

Due to the flexibility of the various areas, food is available 7 days a week, with everything from morning coffee & pastries to Afternoon tea & sumptuous dinners.
